Denver Green Chili

DenverGreenChili.com was created in 2005 as a resource to help Coloradans buy and cook with green chiles.

Anita Edge first created the web site when her regular chile vendor disappeared.  She asked around, "Where's the best place to buy green chiles???"  The response she got over and over was, "Just drive up and down Federal."

Well, she did drive up and down Federal and found a wide range of varieties offered, prices, and knowledge about chiles.  A guide appeared to be needed.

Since then, Denvergreenchili.com has grown to include dozens of vendors, guides on how to freeze and cook with chiles, restaurant reviews, and hundreds of recipes.
